There is no perfect location.

Assess base on your needs. A cons to you can be a pros to others and vice versa.

An ideal place for me is you able to find all your amenities within same area without the needs to travel far just for simple chores. I only go KL for work and special events and splurge on luxury.

For Connectivity is near interchange of MEX, SKVE, Putrajaya Cyberjaya Expressway, LDP. 2 MRT2 station along trunk road.

For family, Equine has quite number selection of education centre for pre school, international school, upm.

Future development planning within this area (with risk of cancel ya) has direct flyover access from skve/putrajaya cyberjaya expressway, flyover to replace the traffic lights on Jalan Putra Permai, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan.

Connectivity is 5 star to me.

Can choose from MEX, SKVE, LDP, ELITE, SUKE, SPE, WCE.

Supposed to have SKIP and PJD for alternative to LDP. Too bad it is cancelled.

it was in discussion for years but dont know when it will materialized. so take it with grain of salt.
