There is no perfect location.

Assess base on your needs. A cons to you can be a pros to others and vice versa.

An ideal place for me is you able to find all your amenities within same area without the needs to travel far just for simple chores. I only go KL for work and special events and splurge on luxury.

For Connectivity is near interchange of MEX, SKVE, Putrajaya Cyberjaya Expressway, LDP. 2 MRT2 station along trunk road.

For family, Equine has quite number selection of education centre for pre school, international school, upm.

Future development planning within this area (with risk of cancel ya) has direct flyover access from skve/putrajaya cyberjaya expressway, flyover to replace the traffic lights on Jalan Putra Permai, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan.

Can reach TRX in 30 min viia MRT just in front of Aeon Equine

I looked see looked see one of the projects before decided to opt out after the sales person proudly said target sales Chinese.

exactly, taking MRT to city centre will take less than 1 hour even jam like snail in the evening of raining Friday. if driving, it can stuck for 2 hours.

many low cost or middle cost apartments.

Equine park go BJ pavilion or IOI Putrajaya 20mins , got Alice Smith School inside Equine park , UPM at Seri kembangan nearby . Cyberjaya/Putrajaya near near

Actually beside traffic jam on peak hours, seems fine as a place to live, everywhere also not too far

Yes if no peak hours , go Puchong near , go Sunway or 1Utama with LDP , go KL city with MEX also with MRT Equine park .

Connectivity is 5 star to me.

Can choose from MEX, SKVE, LDP, ELITE, SUKE, SPE, WCE.

Supposed to have SKIP and PJD for alternative to LDP. Too bad it is cancelled.
