Per image shown, how much do I have to pay so that the next time I open it everything is RM 0 except for the actual amount (New) I need to pay?
I'm not the one using this Astro, it's my parents'. Last time prior to SST each month I pay RM 160.05 usually between 1-10 day of the month. My parents' didn't got no bill but told me that's the amount to be paid. But right now (a few months before) everytime I pay the amount under 'New (due ...)' surely the next month still got 'current balance' and 'overdue balance'. I never got warning whatsoever but I just want to pay cun2 what I should be paying so that none of that 'current balance' and 'overdue balance' appear. TQ in advance.

Looks like the payment each month is just short of RM12.22. You need to check the bill statement to see where this excess RM12.22 is coming from if the actual monthly payment is only RM 163.08.

If your parents don't have the bill nor are they able to find it online/email, then you'll need to contact Astro customer support on this for clarification.

Only stupid subscribe junk Astro services.

Will do as you said then. It's a very old account with no email attach to it. Even the notification is via sms to my parents' dumb phone last time but since then they've changed number and received no sms since.

If ikut me I'll terminate it too. I don't even watch them. Even my parents also watch live sports and RIA only with this subscription. Where got they watch those movies and nat geo. But typical old folks scared to lose what they got used to.
