Hello sifus, I was offered by agent to choose the only one unit which is the highest floor under selangorku project. I would need some advice on whether should I take the highest floor offered due to no more units left. I heard there is a lot of cons staying at highest floor and I afraid it would happened.. Is highest floor having so many problems like hot, water pump issue, water leaking n etc. Especially on the water leaking issue.. after few years will someone or management handling the maintenance? since this is not a premium condo, will it takes times to solve the problems? Will it under our cost ? Dilemma whether to take or not. Or increase budget go for other condo? Kindly please share some advice for newbie thank you. Appreciate if anyone staying rsku could share some advice too.

Personally

Not highest & lowest floor / level...

Applicable for all high rise.... Low end or high end condos...

Because of Malaysia quality.... No matter what... There's tend to be issues....

Higher floor have lower lift waiting time during peak hour especially nowadays every condo > 40 floors. Mid and lower floor always need to wait second or third round if the lift full and skiipping their floor.

Also, higher floor also mean lower carpark ..... no need turn till pengsan.

for rumah selangorku cant be picky.

since all floor same price, taking the highest is also fine because in other project higher floor = higher premium to pay

lift goes from top to bottom, so when it reaches your floor it is probably full already.
