For Enterprise Use :-

1. RustDesk (Self-Hosted/On-Prem)
2. AnyDesk
3. TeamViewer

Free version always have its own Pros and Cons, it is up to you to decide which works best for you.

For Home use it will not be much a hassle since you will not be managing much quantity of Computers.
But for Enterprise use, it is always recommended to get those subscriptions based like TeamViewer or Anydesk, because you will be managing a lot of Computers and it make sense to have a subscriptions.
