S1 he masuk without knowing anything then desperate to come out by winning all the games.
S2 he know what going to happen already and still volunteer to masuk. Hope they get deeper into the organisation. If still game from start to end then boring ady.
They already gave him warning and asked him to go enjoy his wealth. But he was stubborn and wanted to enter to challenge them. So season 2 most likely will see the game masters rigging the game to make an example of him.
