Hey buddy. I feel you .

I do not have kids yet but I still feel the pinch. In juggling responsibilities between taking care of elderly parents and wife, really sometimes feel burnt out until not interested in anything else.

Starting to reduce my commitments so that I can save more, thinking of selling my car to and downgrade to a cheaper one so that I could save more and more.

Just two months join this new company. Met with lots of disrespect and harassment from colleagues. Always kept low profile and carry a polite demeanour at office. All my experience working from Sdn Bhd to Berhad, never encountered such hostility before.

This Sunday night my heart keeps pounding to clock-in tomorrow out of anxiety. On my knees already but cannot throw letter yet. Bills to pay, loan to service, mouth to feed.

Deep down I really feel like want to retaliate back to them, not using words but violence. Lucky I am able to reason to myself, not snapped and go ape shit. Shit like this really took toll on my mental well being. I cannot understand why some people want to disturb other rice bowl, just cannot process their reasoning.

Other than venting here, already took action by looking for other opportunities. Pity the pay is good and the location is nearer to my home.

Getting really tired recently with family and work stuff. I'm not thinking about killing myself, I still love my kids and I want to grow up with them. But I won't lie, if a lorry is heading towards me, I may not try to save myself.

Unker in same situation too.. unker jobless almost 9 months liao apply apply no responds..😢😢 unker stress... wife left unker scold unker say unker useless as man cannot even find job to sustain family... wife run away with kids.. unker now lonely and everyday stress find job😢😢

IT Jobs la... Unker got more than 10 yrs experience la in this industry... maybe over qualified until hiring mgr scared... maybe kua
Kena reject many reasons..
- maybe age factor unker into 50s liao ( most employee looking for younger)
- Maybe too expensive.. Unker previously worked in MNC..kena layoff. Unker even willing to take pay cut but yet still kena reject 😒
- too many jobless ppl out there.. 1 application 100+ apply... by the time unker apply unker CV at the bottom.. before even reach unker CV already identify right candidate so not easy la 
- Others factors ( dont know)

how to solve this issues?? So many jobless ppl out there to compete.. plus need to compete those not happy with current job want a change, plus need to compete with youngers ones, graduate looking for job....  again 1 application 100+ ppl apply gila!!!

yes... right now unker plan to be an insurance agent and property agent (IQI - heard they pay 5 figure commission).. just pass the exam now undergo some kind of training how to sell insurance / property etc...
but the challenge is many insurance / property agent out there again need to compete like crazy...... 😒😒

For us men, no one to talk to , everyone expects you to bulk up and bear the grunt.

even when we sick, almost die ourself, we expected to still care for others.

we cannot simply show our weakness, do sad tik tok videos or post hoping for sympathy. it works for women maybe but not for men.

its a lonely and tough journey . and I'm really tired.
