Unfortunately there is no.
You need at least AX1800 (1.2Gbps @ 5GHz) to get that speed and I don't see there is WiFi chip that supports AX that also supports Windows 7.
Solutions:
- If you existing router can support 4x4 AC 5GHz, you could hunt for old AC adapter with 4x4 capabilities.
- Dump Windows 7. Get TP-Link TX20E with RM100.
- Get a router that works as a Media Bridge and connect to your machine via network cable. Highest cost, but best speed + works with Windows 7.
Pick your pill

The windows 7 is just additional question since it's useful for dual boot, it's good if support else will just fall back to old usb wifi on windows 7.
Using windows 10
Asking the same question , to get an AX1800 (1.2Gbps @ 5GHz) or above , cheapest is Get TP-Link TX20E RM100 ?
How about TP-LINK Archer TX55E AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Intel AX210 where it's just rm15 extra ?
What are the actual speed + overhead interference signal around the house possible to get 32–36 MB/s ?
and this didn't sell in Malaysia
Intel PCIe Wi-Fi 6 | AX200 Dual-Band 802.11AX Wireless | Bluetooth 5.2 | Network WiFi Card but cheap rm90
