x mampu jangan beli, sewa PPR kerajaan je. RM180/bulan. Ada duit belilah Merseli atau Lembugini.

Balik kampung baru ade ommmph.

Johor bharu is still huge plot of land..landed is the king in JB...high rise doesn't work there

You can afford a unit in forest city, the question is do you want to buy it?

kucing central ... landed terrace also ~1m .... semi-d ~2m .... unit 3br ~900k

my title put high rise, landed although has been rally in the past few year, i believe the pricing of landed is lower than KL but the high rise is definitely on pair or even higher than KL



Kucing central landed 1m, high rise 3br 900k? might as well take the landed.

Maybe those who buy highrise (is their 2nd or 3rd house) due to proximity to their work (Avoid traffic jam)

Got landed at Dato onn, yet i get another unit (High rise with celaka facility fees that i never use) just to avoid Pasir Gudang.............

Option are :
A) Buying few hundred thousand car to join the jam (Asa Gaya baru oommpph)
B) Drive simple car and 5 mins reach home (Balik kampung x de oommphhh)

Price wise... depend how deep is your pocket. Some say cheap some say not worth.

yes, abnb although look good on paper still need to minus almost half for commission, cleaning services, etc.

And not everyday got tenant

BTW Johorean should do their best to secure at least 2 house (Min 1 landed since still can own 20x70 around 600k only)

Bonus : Highrise can easily bring amoi back piap piap and lets her stay there for piap few more days (100% privacy guaranteed)

Wanna balik kampung with style and ommpphhh must sacrifice a bit.. RM180/month (Condos facilities fees cost a lot more then that)

Even from Veranda to CIQ needs 10 mins travel time during morning...where got 5 mins, travel at midnight?
