Maybe those who buy highrise (is their 2nd or 3rd house) due to proximity to their work (Avoid traffic jam)
Got landed at Dato onn, yet i get another unit (High rise with celaka facility fees that i never use) just to avoid Pasir Gudang............. Option are : A) Buying few hundred thousand car to join the jam (Asa Gaya baru oommpph) B) Drive simple car and 5 mins reach home (Balik kampung x de oommphhh) Price wise... depend how deep is your pocket. Some say cheap some say not worth. |

BTW Johorean should do their best to secure at least 2 house (Min 1 landed since still can own 20x70 around 600k only)
