x mampu jangan beli, sewa PPR kerajaan je. RM180/bulan. Ada duit belilah Merseli atau Lembugini.

Balik kampung baru ade ommmph.

Maybe those who buy highrise (is their 2nd or 3rd house) due to proximity to their work (Avoid traffic jam)

Got landed at Dato onn, yet i get another unit (High rise with celaka facility fees that i never use) just to avoid Pasir Gudang.............

Option are :
A) Buying few hundred thousand car to join the jam (Asa Gaya baru oommpph)
B) Drive simple car and 5 mins reach home (Balik kampung x de oommphhh)

Price wise... depend how deep is your pocket. Some say cheap some say not worth.

BTW Johorean should do their best to secure at least 2 house (Min 1 landed since still can own 20x70 around 600k only)

Bonus : Highrise can easily bring amoi back piap piap and lets her stay there for piap few more days (100% privacy guaranteed)

Wanna balik kampung with style and ommpphhh must sacrifice a bit.. RM180/month (Condos facilities fees cost a lot more then that)

Depend where i work, if i need to work around that area.. i might get another unit there. House is where i spend most of my cash.. beside amois.
