can refund but if he request within 1week after deal..now is almost 2 year ago...do u remember bout it? mybe u need to check back date of post for this thread..:-D
i can refund almost 100% if the deal is within 3days after deal..if u not agree with the item..but TS keep push me to get the dv6000 not dv6000cl..i told him i just have this spec..n i refund him rm50 for webcam..thats only 1 item different from the spec i post..

Fyi, i just help TS to get the item..he push me within ramadhan year 2007 to get stock ASAP..put a deposit..i at hometown by the time..ask my friend to get stock for him..
just only get profit around 100rm to cover my handphone bill+petrol for my friend..but he never appreciate my afford..
the item he buy is different Rm2000 with new spec thats selling at authorized HP shop..
he ask me warranty from whom? i answer from AP shop..whats the problem now? bcoz i never explain in the specification? if he ask before deal..sure i will answer same thing..BUT he NEVER ask before deal..he only know i want this item..this spec..dv6000...

deal more than 1000 deal here..with 1 complain only..another complain is not valid bcoz they never deal with me..u can try ask another my 999 buyer..if they happy deal with me? even TS never meet up with me.

almost people talk here bcoz u never meet me or never deal with me..u just take a sentence from web to judge whatever u want to say..but who know thats right or not? nobody...

and fyi, almost my buyer(that already deal with me) dont have time to read a stupid thread like this..but u can read their testimonial in my old thread if u have time to open it..bcoz they know how a business is going..even got people after read this thread also come to deal with me..to see the exactly attitude n person..in front of their eye..

if u agree to take the stock in front of ur eye and pay the money..mean u agree with the item n the condition on the spot..if deal with me, i also dont care if u dont want to buy if not satisfied..u can go back or just buy from another seller..nobody force u to pay that item..n u also can ask anything in front of the seller..but TS dont do this thing when dealing..n for seller also, agree with the price to sell..

at other online trading like lelong..FOR SALE TYPE : seller/buyer just can rate neutral..bcoz when deal is done mean is win-win situation..nobody is good..nobody is bad..
u only can rate good/bad in Auction TYPE only..this is for fair to buyer and seller..

nothing i want say anymore..enough already..u can judge whatever u want..i just continue my advertisement whatever i want here..even u dont like id ajul here..anytime i can duplicate my Id to another person..this is cyber war or what?just use ur brain to think bout it..bye bye..

u tell me which big company never get a complaint even less than 10 per year?im only small trader. if got 1-2 complaint over the 1000 deal its more better than thousand complaint..
