Acer aspire 6920 model wit C2D T5550 NEVER come with Blu ray player, no matter where you take the stock. if yours really come with blu ray, then it's not a sealed model. You open, install blu ray, then seal back.

I also fell angry when i read this thing. warranty also you claim one year.june to august is two months! thats a long period of time. and you give him shop warranty? are you sure that warranty is valid, or you just made it up? and custumer need to take the warranty himself?? haha! no way man. you are the seller, you should provide all during COD, tell him before that, if he want then you have to bring every document. the problem now is you didnt tell. you have the intention to con ppl.

REFURBISHED never get one year warranty from manufacturer. refurbished is no longer a virgin product. warranty, yes, but not one year. its from the date of first purchase by the first customer. shop warranty, yes, but do you really have a shop? but still, you have to tell every single detail to your customer. machines sells refurbished macbook too, but they tell every detailed, how old, how long the warranty left, and so on. so customer can allocate budget for ACPP also. warranty is a really serious issue. its not because of that free repair, but it is more like an AGREEMENT. you sign an agreement with HP with some written conditions, like for example, HP will cover any manufacturing fault for FREE. so if it say so, then it should work that way. and people pay almost rm300 for extended warranty, but you still have face to tell them go and take the card yourself. atleast post that warranty card to his house la brother.

you are lack of manners. no manners actually. please remember that customers are always right. whatever they say is true. for sellers, customers are the king. respect them la. you know ajul, TS is claiming his right as a customer from you, and the way you said and explain everything sounds like "hey, who are you to claim your rights?" and in this case, he got an absolute rights, because, you never tell him those things you are telling us here now to TS before you close the deal. what an as*hole. something like, you go to mamak, order fresh orange, the first one come, but taste crap. i'll ask that mamak to make a new one, i dont care, and im gonna pay for only one glass, because the first one taste like sh*t. so regarding his laptop, you give him a refurbished laptop and never tell him that, so you have to replace it with a brand new one la. even if your supplier give you refurbished unit and you dont know, then you sell to TS then he claimed that its refurbished, you too, should replace it, then settle this matter with your supplier.

manners is the most basic rule of business. you see, from this case i can file a suit for:

1. Cheating
2. Violation of agreement
3. fake information
4. consumer's rights
- of being rude to customer
- irresponsible of your own fault.
- denies the rights of customers.
- reject the whole consumer's rights

wow, 7 suits man..luckily TS didnt file anything. there are so many proof and saksi here, the laptop itself, phone calls, recorded outgoing calls from you when you claim that you call TS to confirm, and you previous buyers, msn and yahoo messengers( im not sure which one you use) and every recorded things. whatever you claim here will be the proof, and its good that you claim and defend yourself, because those are the things that will throw you to jail.

if TS really did file this case, and he wins, maybe he can buy a Myvi or satria neo from the sue money that he wins, after paying lawyer's fee.
because this is not a small matter. you are playing with lots of money, not rm2-rm3. or you'll go to jail. you'll lose either way.

This guy is kind of arrogant. Not a good seller.

One thing I'm pissed about him is that he hijacks everybody's thread whenever someone wants to sell Apple products like MB or MBP. He will always be the first person replying in those kind of threads asking unnecessary questions to the seller touting like he's the best seller in LYN. I'd suggest the moderators to give him a warning or two since this kind of activity is not appropiate.

I've also heard that this guy has been banned from some other sites, but investigation is needed to prove this claim.
