here is the photo of the incoming (Bottom Left) to two RCCB

It’s already sized correctly. Don’t waste money

What I would suggest is to redo the pigtails as there is a minimum bend radius (don't hard turn 90 degrees), keep the cable curved gently. Nanti patah inside and create hotspot.

Bought from two different place , why color different?

Make sure buy from proper seller. Many recon ABB and Hager from Singapore HIP refurbishing land in MY. Plus why don’t you get 6kA withstand model instead of the 4.5kA. ABB not expensive for 6kA

Your clamp meter not true RMS is it.
One unit WH running from cold already take 14-16A easily.

The 16mm one you can buy Mega Kabel meter loose cut in the correct colours (red and black) as necessary, but if your supply (from meter) is 10mm then no point lah.

Also, not much use for the 100mA RCD when the 30mA RCD is capable for whole house sockets and lights. There is little point in using the 100mA RCD in modern day without fluorescent tube lights.

Sent , but no reply from them since ever haha
Yes i bought from Authorised Reseller / Distributor shop (Pentapower(M) Sdn Bhd (Puchong) & (CPE Electrical Supplier via Shopee). But they say use 4.5k is enough . Or should i change all to 6k as developer provide?
Ya i redo the reading correct already , 1 WH running around 14A .... Incoming is 16mm from meter but thn 10mm to both RCCB (100mA & 30mA)

For my WH , Developer no give RCCB / RCBO i added myself for safety .

Forget the 100mA RCD (buang), rerun with 16mm inside the DB. That 10mm is only good for ard 40A and can create a hotspot which is unprotected because it is supposed to be 16mm throughout.

Yes. According to MS1979 COP it is allowed. And safer too for changing lights.

Common neutral, use a 16mm Mega Kabel pigtail.

Beli lah one meter of 16mm. Less than 10 bucks per meter only. 10mm not good enough. https://s.lazada.com.my/s.PTisA

100mA removed and all now using 30mA RCCB

The MCBs should ideally use the same brand so they're the same height.

Developers have to comply to wiring regulation by Suruhanjaya Tenaga. 10 mA for water heater and wet area. 30 mA for sockets. 100mA for lighting and AC.
*
Dei. Read back MS1979 COP on the RCDs and ER1994 regulation. Especially the highlighted word.

QUOTE(prophecus @ Aug 22 2024, 09:27 AM)
in the UK they have moved on to RCBO. No more RCCB as it is included in each circuit. So if there is leakage only individual circuit would trip not the whole house. In Malaysia RCBO is available for Water heater (20A, 10mA trip), the rest not widely available yet or price too expensive.
*
Not economical to use RCBO for every circuit. Even for WH they do not carry the correct size of 20A/10mA. Most of the common RCBO is still 25A/10mA which is incorrect for the 2.5mm cut corner cables commonly installed.
