Just got iphone. Just confusing. when checking using *3001*#12345# it show 04.01.13_G which is version 1.1.1. But when checking using about, it show 1.0.2 . How come?

Same like you. But when you go to setting>general>about , it show 1.0.2 . This make me confusing. BTW where can i get the shop which can install third party application. Beside that, when i open with itunes 7.5, it show my software version is 1.0.2. It also show to update to software version 1.1.1. Should i upgrade or not. Confusing lor....

anyone know where kedai can i upgrade to 1.1.1 ?

So after upgrading to 1.1.1 via iTunes , my phone need to unlock again or not

So , how u upgrade ? Can u give the method to upgrading ?. Because mine also have 1.0.2 but baseband is 04.01.13_G

Finally upgrade to 1.1.1 now try to upgrade 1.1.2 . And who PM me to help TQ very much.

UPGRADE TO FIRMWARE 1.1.2 (THE SIMPLE AND PROVEN METHOD. LESS THAN 1 HOUR )

ATTN : Not for OTB 1.1.2. Only for upgraded to Firmware 1.1.1.

1. run oktoPrep on the iphone from installer.
2. Dock your iphone and update to 1.1.2 - its update, not restoring.
3. Donnload jailbreak 1.1.2
3. Run jailbreak using 1.1.2 jailbreak (make sure ur computer have java installed)
4. use installer add add a new source called http://rep.frenchiphone.com and download anysim 1.2u
5. Reboot the phone and turn on the AIRPLANE mode (this is important so that it won't crash summerboard when unlocking is running)
6. run anysim (be patient! give it at least 10min to complete this task, very important)
6. install iWorld and run, Skip this if you live in USA
your done...viola.......

Unlocked and jailbreak 1.1.2

Mine also fw 1.1.1 and bb 4.01, no problem at all.
