If you buy directly from Apple, you can 1-1 exchange if have problem with your phone within 7 days.

If other retails, they will just help you to claim warranty.

To those who use colored (non-Natural Titanium), I read that some people’s phones had scratches and it exposed the natural color underneath. Anyone has that experience?

That’s why I’ve been leaning towards Natural Titanium, when I eventually change to 16 … or 17 😅
