Clone from ip14 pro.

I remember i read some report say that if directly clone the phone from old to new device , it might have some battery drain and bugs issues. Because its might clash some old file from your old device to your new device , especially from very old phone and doesnt up to date (some ppl doest update their OS and Apps over time)

For me , i will always install fresh apps to the new phone , better for long run Just transfer contact / photos / message / calender will do , but since this things was already in my cloud , so i actually just focus on installing back the apps and verify with the bank ATM for active secure2u.

If u feel your battery stil drain like no tomorrow , better try backup your phone , factory reset then install back those apps by manually, hope it help !

Check your battery usage by app, see which app other than fb. If you got alot of app using gps one, try to disable it to only use while on the app.
And if your telco network is unstable on certain area, it might caused the issue as well. Especially 5g, try to disable to only use 4g.

I notice Whatsapp doing a lot background thing.

no idea as Whatsapp indeed alot of background work, since you bring over all the setting from ip14pm. so there's must be some setting like notification or background app related.

can't really suggest you anything, the only thing you need to do is check out one by one. And try to close the apps that you're not in use, restart once a day. Not sure if it help but this is what I do la. Normally I won't leave more than 5apps to run at the background

That why window vista fail last time 😅 ,need too much ram and power to run smooth.

Battery drain faster, as aspected from a beta version, one of the reason why I'm waiting for the final version @ official version of ios26 this coming september 2025

I just realized I cannot trade-in the latest iPhone 16 for other iPhone in Apple Store. There is no such selection. So, if today I want to upgrade from 16 Pro to Pro Max, it is not possible. I gotta sell it off somewhere myself and buy from them.

Not on the Apple store app / website. You have to go Apple physical store TRX. There's no extra trade in offers so only thing is do in-store and not online.

This happened for friend early Jan. Just to avoid a trip, contact Apple to confirm.

And why I am not surprised.. you got unique requirements.

i think 17 is best for 13-14-15 user to upgrade , 17 bigger selling point should be their telephoto camera. By upgrade iphone every year , hardly feel the "KEK" , but if u have the money and wish to use the latest chip and the best camera system , why not right Since Apple offer trade in program , just topup a little while your phone stil have value is a good choice too.


they need to consider the weight , aluminium stil light weight than the titanium , they might putting 48mp sensor on their telephoto , with 5000mAh , already expected iphone 17 pro / max will be more thick in size , if stil using titanium , it will be painful for the weight seriously.

sorry to say that , titanium and stainless generally are stronger than aluminum , the only benefit from aluminium is light weight , that the reason why u see nowadays a lot of kitchen cabinet , auto-gate slowly move from stainless to aluminum because of it light weight.


unless u going naked , otherwise just put your phone with a good case then wont be too much of worry.
