The UR by Switch is super funny.
I PO 2 units same model, colour and storage at the same time. There is no email/sms until yesterday. Then follow up with them on ETA. Inform me only 1 unit instead of 2. Ask wanna collect now or wait both arrive. I said wait till both are ready only collect. Then told me SOP have to collect with in 48 hrs. Then why they didn’t notify me at first place… |

My trade-in experience at UR by Switch.
Their website shows iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB was RM1840 But during trade, max value is only RM17xx. Due to my battery life 74% and some cosmetic issues. Final price was RM1200+50. Really feel like got cheated by them. |

The color printed on the box looks like navy blue… but stickers on the back is lake green including the iPhone effect when attached thr casing is correct.
