Traditionally bank loan is 90% of car price.

But full loan these days are done via markup on their invoice. With the implementation of e-invoicing, this cannot be done anymore. Hence full loan will not be possible for new cars.
Used cars and recon still possible.

This is good move, people need to face it, if you can't pay deposit you can't afford it. i hope govt will consider limiting car loan duration too. 9 years is too long for a car loan. 7 is still acceptable.
