My younger sis quite bright. Late 20s or early 30s already get her blood transfusion specialist.

Late 30s already become HOD.

Not everyone is that lucky though.

U can google & had been in news for years.
Very rare doctor take pension bcoz job opportunity in private sector & hectic life in govt hospital
Some open their own clinic, some freelancer locum, some work in private hospital.
The reason why govt hospital lack of specialist.

Your personal assumption argument 90-95% of all gomen dr dont take pension is already greatly flawed.

All want to make money by locum, going private, etc2 this is all just your personal assumption and you think all dr think your way.

Not all dr is hardcore money minded.

The truth is employment turnover is very high in hospital.
Thousands of doctor resign from their post every years.
Waiting list to meet specialist very long due to lack of specialist.
Many doctor quit their job, some even migrate to foreign country.
Doctor can do that bcoz majority not take pension. Not like PTD..
This already discuss a lot of times in parliament.

But poeple like u ignorance even there are a lot fact around u..
It not about money minded but balance of life- family & work..

Show me proven gov statistic >95% gomen doc do not take pension. If its just coming out of your ass personal bias assumption.

I hope you dont get to be a specialist all your life. Putting lives at stake based on your personal bias assumption is where many horror stories botched procedure happen in gomen hosp.

We already know how many contract given every years & resignation numbers.

Many also tak boleh tahan yearly contract with NO future so lari join other company.
Hospital now short staff, doctors lari, nurses lari, lab tech lari and other professionals staff pun lari!

More than half doctor already left public sector.
They still resign every year until now bcoz they not binded to pension.
This already majority.
The one who still in govt mostly also EPF & can resign anytime..
Why so hard to accept the truth..
