Go bfull terus, later in life when busy, no time to upgrade. I no experience riding bike, only driving. "Power" is not in my worry list as it is controlled by user throttle input. Im sure you do better.
Either go for cheap used bike, like dominar400 v1, or attend training class then decide. whats your budget?
