Agreement doesn't mean you waive your rights and can go against the law.

Same for unfair or constructive dismissal. Even if you resign you can still claim constructive dismissal because you are forced to resign. E.g if you were transferred from KL to kelantan on purpose with malicious intention to force you to resign and the company can't prove they transfer you to kelantan for a bloody good reason.

I left cos a new manager was promoted and he started trying his best to make life difficult for me. For example:
1) Micromanaging me and not other colleagues
2) Interviewing my students behind my back to try and see if I had any flaws in my classes or if I cut corners/cancelled classes
3) Interviewed the lecturers reporting to me to try and find fault with my management of them
4) Asking me for daily reports on what I am doing and working on to “check” if I am utilising my time properly
5) Asked me for proof that my son’s is really hospitalised when he landed in the ICU at the age of 3 months

Pundek fella did this despite the fact that I have always been one of the highest performers in the department.

Honestly I am glad he did this and forced me to leave cos now I am making 3x more than what they were paying me.

Oya pay was crap also
