My time before in MNC manufacturing also retrenched people by salary. Not redundant either all leftover work remaining colleagues yang kena pick up the slacks.

Over here, always wrong is employer.

Even with contract, Labour Office twist until Employer always wrong.

How to employ locals...dont blame Employers.

not surprised.
better reputable company does not translate to higher salary.
sometimes small scale private company offers better work life balance and salary.
u can work in a company that the whole world knows but salary got beaten by a small local company.

HR go how many seminar or training, also does not matter

They will support worker no matter what....proven many times

But end up who lose? The worker la....once a rat, no one will employ jo.

Court cases for labour act will go into a system, the person's name blacklist as rat jo

Many company do this.
