Help! My embedded stopcork in the wall flew out and a torrent of water had been gushing out from last night. I had repaired it before and wounding the white tape over the threads. But it lasted over 1 day. The tap flew out again!! Any experts here or had gone thro this experience before please share.

Poor workmanship from developer? Or did they use substandard parts?

QUOTE(Exquisite @ Jul 2 2024, 09:07 AM) Know that already. Now is not finger pointing time. It's emergency! Advice needed pls .... I suspected the thread in the female stopcock(embedded ) already loose because yesterday I managed to screw it back in tightly and tested no leak. But today it burst out again.
