Help! My embedded stopcork in the wall flew out and a torrent of water had been gushing out from last night. I had repaired it before and wounding the white tape over the threads. But it lasted over 1 day. The tap flew out again!! Any experts here or had gone thro this experience before please share.

Poor workmanship from developer? Or did they use substandard parts?

Know that already. Now is not finger pointing time. It's emergency! Advice needed pls ....
I suspected the thread in the female stopcock(embedded ) already loose because yesterday I managed to screw it back in tightly and tested no leak. But today it burst out again. rclxub.gif

Did you use proper tools to tighten it ?

I use a vice gripe. The stopcork is not of good design as the outer shell is smooth surface and there is no place to secure gripe it with a spanner.

If no choice need to use PVC adhesive glue , but is the stop cork made of plastic PVC?
