QUOTE(Mr Mercedes @ Jun 24 2024, 05:43 PM) The Curve and Tropicana Gardens seems much better than Atria and 3 Damansara. PJU and PJC has to many malls. Each of them at least 10. In terms of Damansara Area, One U> Paradigm> Tropicana Gardens > Pavi Damansara> Starling> Ikea> Curve> Megahrise> Atria > Citta Mall> 3 Damansara > Jaya Shopping Center> Evolve> Glo. You need to find a niche to survive in the current market. Atria has quite a big event space for expos and apple sales. Starling are doing what the original Tropicana City Mall and the old Atria did, a smaller scale shopping center for those that don't want to go to big malls like One U, MV and Paradigm nearby. 3 Damansara are opening a large rock climbing space. Glo got Worq and MRT but that's not helping much. Mostly township has 2-3 max. Like Puchong only Giant Kinrara, IOI mall and Lotus's Kepong only AEON, Lotus's and Brem Mall Cheras only Leisure Mall, EkoCheras, Cheras Sentral Bukit Jalil/Sri Petaling only Endah Parade, PBJ, The Store's Kind of weird PJS got only 1 mall, which is Matahari. PJ should focus more malls on PJS. |
