Anyway, fyi farm fresh honors 1 to 1 exchange for cases like yours. Just need to present the receipt and milk to the store u bought it. If the store don't accept, u can fill up a form on their website to claim full refund.

I kena twice b4 from 99 near my place. Both times farm fresh refunded. That's why support their products until now. Good product with good customer service.

Pretty sure all milk sold in Malaysia is not 'real fresh' milk, every one of them needs to be pasteurized at the very least.

Ayam bought those 50% off for near expiry milk at Aeon Big.
Got once this Farm Fresh one opened then next day turn sour and like tofu so i bring back to get refund.
At first the CS like say discounted items no refund, but i show just bought and not expired yet. So she reluctantly refund cash to me.
