Generally insurance don't repudiate claim due to botak tyre

The only clause they can invoke is not roadworthy condition

Very hard to proof not roadworthy

And to be honest, claims handler don't like to repudiate claim

It takes 10 times more effort to repudiate a claim then approving one

Plus each insurance company has no more then 2 people have the authority to repudiate claim

My point is, the car owner is hiding a lot of information

Each repudiation comes with an extensive email explain the reason of repudiation and proof to substantiate their stand

Agreed. Liberty Insurance must have some valid reasons to reject the claim. Lets see what reason Liberty Insurance will come out in defense.

I bet they have explained their reason to insured.

It is a regulatory requirement

All the owner need to do is just show the audience the letter to see whether the reason given is reasonable

Expect the owner to retract this post very soon. LOD would definitely follow suit.
