The last bright young star from Barca was run into the ground by the sheer number of minutes for club and country. Look at Pedri now.

I think it has the potential to be a great signing.
Defenders peak later than other outfield positions so 24 is still relatively young. For someone of his caliber around 50M, that's more than fair. Of course we can point towards some negatives like injuries, but this is also reflected in the 50M price tag. He would be way more expensive if not for this (See his Juve and Bayern transfers around 80M).

There is the question of how he will adapt to the PL. But at least he has played for ETH before so there should be familiarity in terms of playing style.

As a forward, he played 43 games. Scored 8 goals. 5 assists.
Rashford is not playing for England because he was not selected based on his performance this season.
