I just felt bald fraud is only comfortable working with people he knew. He can't handle big player with personality. Can't control, can't adapt, force them out. That's not what a good manager is. ETH is a little guy and the club is too big for him. He wanna be ruthless but has nothing to show for. That's not convincing.

all these reasons are acceptable when you want to rebuild properly. the 1st step is correct : only hire people you know.
the 2nd reason is understandable. who is big player? cristiano? gone ... varane? gone .. who else? so when he cannot handle, he will sell. good move.
the 3rd reason make sense. when he introduce new plan, the current crop of players cannot adapt, so he have 2 choice. change his tactic or change the current player. he did the 1st choice.. 2 trophies. he is now going to the next step, implementing his tactics. and it seems the current player cannot accept that, so they starting to decline .. but the players he know also didnt perform. of course because they are new to epl. its common sense. 3-0 was not that bad. lulz.

ETH with his stubbornness to play high press has caused him losing games after games, the first goal of Van de Ven running from back line till final third has proven our midfield often leave a big gap for the opponent to exploit.

ETH should stop this experiment with the current players and playing for mid block, compact the midfield and stop leaving gap for opponent. Mainoo form is damn bad since the beginning of season, ETH should bench him and play Eriksen/Casemiro/Ugarte more often. The only midfield able to perform is Eriksen but he is too slow due to ages.

Ineos will be having meeting on deciding ETH fate soon. The window to sack him i think would be somewhere in November if he didn't deliver result.
