Manchester United are considering selling the naming rights to a refurbished Old Trafford or a newly-built stadium as part-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe seeks to drive up revenues to fund the project, while the club is also deliberating over substantial ticket price rises 🎟️🏟️ [The Athletic]

🚨 INEOS wants to complete the transfer of Jean-Clair Todibo to #mufc and is contesting the regulations put in place. Swiss lawyer Gianpaolo Monteneri has been hired to plead before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in favour of the move from Nice to United. sachatavolieri

This season or next 2 years not title challenge regardless of who the manager is, whether is ETH or Tuchel or whoever, no way we are there yet. That’s the reality, we are now considered as upper mid table “big” club.

Top 4 min, another Mickey Mouse cup (FA
Or Carabao), Europa last 8.

Don’t tell me u expect next year can challenge top 2 or having toe to toe with City and Arsenal, that won’t happened with our current squad.

I asked the same question again, would u rather
1. Win league with ugly boring football (meaning very boring game play, always lucky to win with 1 goal margin or individual brilliance)

Or

2. Play super nice entertaining attacking football but only ended up no trophies
*
Today reflected this question again. Memang syok win cup and perli arsenal.

But after all the cup winning hype died down, now I choose 2 lol. As a fan who wants to be entertained by watching football every weekend, at least can be entertained until end season only feel sux.

What's the point you don't even look forward to be entertained every week and win cup at end of season. Like that see result lagi bagus. Last time I put aside every other event because football entertained me. Nowadays ermm, maybe sometimes other event more entertaining.

That's why I end up support ole lul.

"that won’t happened with our current squad. "

Wont happen with our current manager either.

I pick option 2, because we aint doing option 1 either we are doing option 3, play like shit maybe get some lesser trophy. Completely unsustainable not building up to anything.

And yet they prefer entertaining football without winning anything aka Ole on the wheel time LOL

Might as well go buy FM and rebuild our own MU, then can submit CV to Ineos saying your managing experience - win treble with MU in FM LOL

His contract ending soon anyway, and there were rumors he wants to take some managerial role elsewhere.

TOP STORY: Man United to swoop in for Dybala if Roma slow to re-sign

Manchester United are interested in Paulo Dybala as questions persist regarding his contract situation at AS Roma, as has been reported by Calciomercato.

The attacking midfielder signed for Roma as a free agent in the summer of 2022, doing so on a three-year contract that was came to €6m-per-year with bonuses.

There had been understanding that the financial terms of that contract would be increased, but that hasn't happened yet with one year remaining. The 30-year-old Dybala has been trying to reach a new agreement and wants the fixed part of his contract to be no less than €7.5m, which he feels he deserves as a key player in the squad.

Roma and Dybala have two key dates regarding the renewal, the first of which is July 8, the day the Serie A club begins its summer retreat. The second set of dates is the time period between July 1-30, when there is a clause that would allow any foreign club to sign Dybala for €12m.

Man United are interested in triggering the clause five years after he turned down the chance to join them as part of a swap deal that would have taken Romelu Lukaku to Juventus.

PAPER GOSSIP

- Manchester United remain interested in Bayern Munich's Matthijs de Ligt as they aim to strengthen at centre-back, but haven't yet made an offer, reports Sky Sports Deutschland, with the Dutchman valued at €50m and expected to have talks with Bayern after the Euros. The Red Devils are also internally discussing Everton's Jarrad Branthwaite and Lille's Leny Yoro.
