I assume ts talking about kl to Singapore.
Transtar is much better than aero line. All single seating. Only 18 per bus.
In terms of aeroline locking the toilet. They shouldn't. I understand some people have bladder issue especially older people. If the advertise toilet on coach then they should provide it.
My personal experience. They didn't lock it. But that's years ago. Maybe staff got fedup cleaning the toilet.

Transtar bus boarding is at bukit bintang side. Pricier but I think worth the price if you wanna be comfy. Last time it was rm145 per seat. Now should be more.
Just checked.
The 18 seater is called solitaire
They're now at $68 per trip...

QUOTE(knwong @ Jun 10 2024, 11:30 PM) It’s smelly having toilet in bus. Lock it better. Why don’t wait until rest stop? Older people bladder problem. Very understandable. QUOTE(yeeck @ Jun 11 2024, 12:41 AM) From Aeroline's FAQ: Is the washroom at your lower deck usable? Yes, it is available for use by our passengers. The washroom/toilet is meant for a short relief or light usage only. Should you require to use a toilet for other than a short relief, please seek our Cabin Crew’s assistance to request the coach captain to make a stop at the next R&R area. Agree. If they've said this is their feature. They should provide it.
