Those who frequently take bus to travel between states, do you know which luxury bus services such as aeroline that doesn't lock their onboard toilet during journey?

Many bus company claim to have on board toilet, but it's usually locked, and passengers only allowed to use the toilet at scheduled stops.

Appreciate for any tips. Thx

Happened to a friend of mine who encountered a bus driver who locked the onboard toilet and refused to stop for the passanger's nature call after missing the scheduled stop.

So just trying to survey some good bus services.

bus companies die die dowan provide washroom services on board
drivers also sometimes very rude or just ignore passengers call for an emergency toilet stop
never tried Aeroline b4, good if they have their lavatories operational throughout the journey, IT"S ONLY HUMAN TO DO SO
there was a time it was compulsory for express bus co to provide these washroom services but all that has gone

It’s smelly having toilet in bus. Lock it better. Why don’t wait until rest stop?

From Aeroline's FAQ:

Is the washroom at your lower deck usable?
Yes, it is available for use by our passengers. The washroom/toilet is meant for a short relief or light usage only.
Should you require to use a toilet for other than a short relief, please seek our Cabin Crew’s assistance to request the coach captain to make a stop at the next R&R area.

I assume ts talking about kl to Singapore.

Transtar is much better than aero line. All single seating. Only 18 per bus.

In terms of aeroline locking the toilet. They shouldn't. I understand some people have bladder issue especially older people. If the advertise toilet on coach then they should provide it.

My personal experience. They didn't lock it. But that's years ago. Maybe staff got fedup cleaning the toilet.

Transtar bus boarding is at bukit bintang side. Pricier but I think worth the price if you wanna be comfy. Last time it was rm145 per seat. Now should be more.

Just checked.

The 18 seater is called solitaire

They're now at $68 per trip...

Agree. If they've said this is their feature. They should provide it.

Very common on long distance buses in some other countries. Less need for R&R stops, faster trips, less hours on the road for driver. The toilets are even worse than airplanes, but every toilet is better than no toilet.
