Anyway my Galaxy 8800GT dual slot with twin pcie power, cannot adjust the fan manually thru rivatuner. Even I set up the fan to max 100% the temp is still the same.

Any idea to overcome this ?

Nope, AFAIK no third party software able to control the speed of Galaxy dual slot version of 8800gt. It keeps running at max speed.

RMAed my 8600GTS last 2 months, and since got no stock for 8600GTS, they replaced with a Galaxy 8800GT 256MB.. the one with the cooler master heatsink..  icon_idea.gif .

here.s my result.. i was expecting somewhere around 12K  blush.gif

can't seem to get at 700/1000.. anywhere near, and artifacts would appear followed with system hang  shocking.gif

Is your Galaxy 88GT have that voltage jumper ? If you do, than your card will be achieving more by adjusting the jumper and the only holding your card is the heat.
