Try ask young people living in KV what are their wishes when they start working after graduate from school. I highly believe most people will answer, get a car to commute and blame the public transport. And the nightmare started where people commit on the car loan and always the young people mismanage their financial and ruined their life.

Imagine fresh grad salary in average RM 2500 and get home about RM 2200. Paying a Myvi of average RM 600 instalment, RM 300 petrol, RM 100 parking and tolls will make up RM 1000 which almost half of salary gone. Do not forget that this has not include the yearly insurance cost, schedule maintenance and wear and tear like tyres. We should encourage young people take public transport that only cost them monthly RM 50 (Myrapid pass). When people save up the money spending on vehicle they can use this fund for better education for kids, better lifestyle which help boost economy and so on. At the same time with less people using car, gov can save up more cost on petrol subsidy.

If gov do not come out some policy to limit the traffic flow to city center, the congestion will be getting worse. ICE stuck in traffic jam consume more energy compare to EV.

i thought about commuting using public transport but the con's outweight pros compared to private vehicle

cons of KV Public transport
- long wait time
- cramped like sardine (during peak hour)
- bus time not accurate (probably due to traffic)
- need to do line change which incurred longer waiting time (example from Kelana Jaya to Sri Petaling / MRT).
- no direct / closeby bus stop 

Pros of Private vehicle
- Aircon
- no need to cramp in
- can relax a bit

I tried using public transport before and it took me 1hr-2hr at least to reach office with sweating compared to driving
