Received from developer sales team today.

RM2.8 mil for all 3 floors. Seems like quite a good deal.. IOI Skyloft shop lots just launched nearby Puchong jaya already RM2.1 mil for just ground floor..

If anyone else got more info pls share..

cant just compare the price with IOI, the master developer in Puchong

Huges Development. The shoplots is part of their Puchong Legenda township around the lake.

Yeah diff developer and diff pricing but im just surprised with the difference..

No la not agent. And as far as i know there was no mention of discount when i messaged the sales fella.
