I want to makeover 1 bedroom, 1 toilet and 1 living room. I wonder how are the charges and quality?

Any good makeover company you guys can recommend?

charges confirm high, quality wise will be high if you let them earn more.

Might promise you sky as high quality when signing up for kitchen cabinet.
When installation, installer(sub-con out by Signature) may go and & screw up the kitchen leaving hard stains, marks, etc.
Signature cleaner came to do the "rework", hired a bad cleaner (bangla) and uses kerosene to wipe hard stain not to mention reusing dirty cloth multiple time to wipe the cabinets whilst there's a rep from Signature came and supervises the bangla like JKR work.
Ask the customer to verify what they did and make us decide we can accept it or not when is totally unacceptable. Supervisor from Signature have no total sense of attention to detail.
Finishing is as it because the designer draw it that way and you have to live with it if isn't what you expect.
Expensive and pay 100 % before it was even installed.

Currently filing a complaint for claim. Finger's crossed.

Expensive and they actually subcontract out their installation. If the installer is bad, you'll be fxxked anyway.

They actually only do cabinet, not actually home design or renovation. Their actual work is not as good as their photos make it look. And you can arguably get better quality at better prices elsewhere.

Any reportable kitchen cabinet maker wink.gif

The secret that most higher end cabinet makers don't tell you is that they all source mostly from the same factories, just maybe small "tweaks" like Signature's "clean edge" finish and then push up branding cost.

People who don't like chipboard will argue that might as well buy IKEA kitchen cabinet instead of Signature, because Signature most of their range is still melamine faced chipboard and MDF, like IKEA products.

The question is, are you planning to do a full makeover with fancy design, or just simple cabinetry with some light reno?
