at the main road ie jalan ampang or jalan ampang hilir, no height restriction.

if in the heart of u-thant, or near embassies, there's a height restriction (hence, that area mostly low rise condo).

The project can be sold out/ be a BBB project without even the need to discuss in Lowyat ... e.g. like The Atrium at Jalan U-Thant ... or even the latest development, the Ashwood at Jalan U-Thant ... hardly ppl talk about it in Lowyat but sales are really good.

that area not suitable for own stay, better choose Sunway Velocity Area.

for Investment, that was far from KLCC and Bukit Bintang, want do Airbnb also difficult, tourist normally will choose Airbnb near KLCC or Bukit Bintang

mostly left type A, depend your invest purpose of this project, if look for Premium address with low entry price and per sqft for long rent, yes. but for Airbnb purpose no prefer so much

Actually this Project they already increase the price, if u enter now the price will be after their increase the price. as i know when they soft launch the 550 sqft only selling 5xxk around 1k per sqft. now they already increase to 1250 per sqft

Is buyers buying, developer are fully release all unit,( if they able to keep and able resell later, means while buyer are buying early also able to resell upon complete) any how the last two - three unit left
