that area not suitable for own stay, better choose Sunway Velocity Area.

for Investment, that was far from KLCC and Bukit Bintang, want do Airbnb also difficult, tourist normally will choose Airbnb near KLCC or Bukit Bintang

Actually this Project they already increase the price, if u enter now the price will be after their increase the price. as i know when they soft launch the 550 sqft only selling 5xxk around 1k per sqft. now they already increase to 1250 per sqft
