Went to the TRX store twice, first to get my M4 iPad Pro Apple Care+ (couldn't active online). Made an appointment, went in at the appointed time and had to still wait for more than half an hour for anyone to begin assist my case (Plus also witnessed 2 Apple Geniuses fighting on the spot to take my case)

Second time went in just to buy an adapter, grabbed the adapter I need and had to leave quickly but couldn't get anyone to attend me for payment. Maybe is their tactic to keep customers in their store as long as possible to spend money, idk la don't quote me. In a hurry, authorised reseller might be faster.
