UUE Holdings is principally an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, UUE Holdings are principally involved in the provision of underground utilities engineering solutions as well as manufacturing and trading of HDPE pipes. UUE Holdings is involved in the electricity and telecommunications industries.

IPO in conjunction with the listing of UUE on the ACE Market comprising:

(i) Public issue of 124,902,000 new ordinary shares in UUE ("Issue Shares") in the following manner:

• 30,415,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;
• 40,591,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of UUE and its subsidiaries;
• 38,574,000 Issue Shares made available by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia ("MITI"); and
• 15,322,000 Issue Shares made available by way of private placement to selected investors; and

(ii) Offer for sale of 37,463,000 existing Shares by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by MITI.

Today was just checking thru Maybank e-ipo and noted on race selection before complete the purchase besides I never succeeded in any IPO no luck or not sure for what.. recently IPO all very good at low price
