Ram shortage only significant affect 16 ram sku it seems. After all there just one and only sku that got increased significantly

12 ram just actually rise a little bit given that there some upgrades in battery, camera, sound and more (just not too big as redmi CDM but still) and finally with eSIM (only major reason to buy Poco version for me IMO)

My early verdict: Just wait until sales unless really urgent because of the time window between f7 and f8 line are barely over half year ( 8 months to be exactly). If already got f7 series, just hold on with your current model

For screen we can't sure it isn't downgrade until we see in person
because of some cost reasons 2K is gone, replaced with 1.5k super pixel
Also note that 6.59 is actually just barely any smaller than 6.67, it's just shorter, but width remains as same at around 75mm

No, basically f8 ultra use a refined sensor for main and the exactly same telephoto as 15t pro. Ultra wide for both are still meh
