Is hyperos ui and system apps generally the same across the Xiaomi/Redmi/Poco range? Or does Poco have more ads, different system apps, that sort of thing?
And how is hyperOS these days? What are the ongoing issues?

I'm thinking about the F7 (and Nothing 3a, A56) for a phone with wider display.

Most systems apps are the same except for launcher

Did you get the ultra's update via normal OTA or changed region trick?

Via OTA.. previously changed region B4, tried Singapore and UK

But later changed back to Malaysia after update

Changed to SG and immediately got the OTA. Thanks mate

What challenge most for cooling is heavy gaming especially on demanding gacha games from certain M studio or others

Also careful not to overstress or else screen may generate issues like vertical lines/snow "no signal " effect/black screen... Because the screen of F7 series are quite fragile and have kinda poor QC



iqoo is under vivo... In some vivo flagship store like pyramid got small section showing selection of iqoo model like neo10/13

Yes. Claimed my f7U one time because only aod worked, need wait 2 weeks, phone at 1U center for 2 whole weeks

Just updated F7 Pro to HyperOS 3 and apparently there's no way to remove the "hide keyboard" button.

Something to do with Google GMS requirements, it's also there in one UI 8 but if use Samseng keyboard will show voice typing additional to down arrow

Google requirements also killed the background play/screen off option in game turbo toolbox as well previously
