even most expensive global flagship 15 ultra got bloatwares video / music / app mall inside. for themes app is still needed for customize wallpaper/ringtones, can turn off ads within settings

now my debloat list which focus on just ximi thing only (other than jewtube/music)

1. browser (i use samseng browser which is at least much better than ximi one)
2. video player (now os2 got a barebone player version within gallery so safe to debloat mi video app)
3. music player (just fking use spotify/jewtube/apple/vlc/whatever amp)
4. app mall/mipicks/getapps. it will hijack system app updater. so make sure reboot after debloat
5. msa global
6. analytics
7. system daemon
8. gamecenter

Anyone using F7 Ultra, how your battery life?

I've seen others mention that the idle battery life for HyperOS2 isn't that great.

Great but not excellent as compared to F5 pro.

Wait for regular F7 if got battery anxiety.

It's okay. If casual use still can tahan up to 2 days. If normal use 1 day from morning to midnight okay. Much better than 1.5+ years f5 with os2

Thinking to get the F7 Pro soon. Any comment/review from those who bought it?

not a f7 pro user, but as a poco and xiaomi user some of the things you need to be aware:
- know that you will get ads but there are plenty of guides on how to remove them
- battery life is not the best despite huge battery, thats just the nature of hyperOS
- there is a reason it is being sold 'cheap', you will find some niggle here and there but its up to you if you can live with it or not

Thanks for the heads up. Forgot to mention that I'm coming from the F3 so I'm familiar with the "ads" and hyperOS. Just wonder if there's any known bugs or issues with the first batch of F7 Pro.

display qc, some batch may have screen black crush/gray unifornity issue on certain low-ish brightness, some even get light saber within month

this should be pinned to 1st post. despite the good spec, poco phone wasn't always perform as per spec. but for the price you get what u paid.

I got f7u alongside my f5 (f5 still main but rear cover loosen already), f7u I might use for occasionally for gps and web (no fb install), no game

F5 still my main because it's much lighter and thinner. F7u can definitely feel the weight close to Samsung ultra already

Ya I agree. 8 elite is bloody efficient and may offset some of extra backgrounds shit running in that hyper shit os (yeah I still need manually done debloating some of in house adwares and telemetry thing anyway)

As I see from some Xiaomi/Poco with 6000mah, 15 ultra (chn 6000/global 5400+) is exceptional great at battery, but Poco with slightly worse/older ones are not so great despite with 6000mah

After installing a generic clear tempered glass screen protector, the fingerprint reader on my F7 Pro doesn't work well. I tried re-adding the same fingerprint multiple times but the result is still miss or hit (like 50%).

Does anyone have other solution or can recommend tempered glass brand that works well with ultrasonic fingerprint reader?
