Starting out as a freshie (private clinic) you will have months of very low patient numbers to the point you'll be bored as fuck but as your patient list grows so do your referrals from these patients. That's why those very old dirty clinics seem to be getting alot of pts vs those Cafe looking ones.

Also I notice alot of clinics that look more like cafés being opened in kuching. Like 80% of their capital went into interior design. I miss those old school clinics with tiles everywhere. You get a bleeding patient it's easy to clean. Try getting blood off your wood panels.

i think those that >100 reviews confirm paid for the reviews 😅 what i notice is that, real people rarely give good reviews. most of the time when they write review is because they have bad experience.

Actually dentist 2 taking a lot of risk, if u didnt consult dentist 1. and u ended up with insane pain (toothache is the second most painful for human, first is childbirth). You going to tell 100 other ppl to avoid dentist 2. That dentist 2 is very lucky in your case.

That one alone raise red flag for me, i don't go there for cafe, i go there to seek medical treatment, i would rather they invest in good equipment.
Nowadays buka clinic and dental clinic also damn competitive, one row of shops u can see 2 or 3 clinics or dental clinics. 10 years ago dental clinic still not that much, now it is like mushrooming everywhere.

Went to another dentist recommended by wife, young guy come tell me looks OK try filling first rm70 only filling. Next day I go again to check all my teeth and fill scale all. Lol

What people don't realize is the root canal is killing your teeth, the teeth slowly will get brittle even with crown end up you will need to do implant and live with a fake teeth. Root canal usually reserved for teeth that is badly infected and no hope to save d. If can save should have have, this is ethical.
