Automatically we have competitive second and third layer.

The point is if we need too much imports to be competitive in acl means local player development is very poor. Tgk jdt main acl dgn essentially 2, 3 org je local tolak naturalisasi really dont bring any advantage to local player development.

Liga terlalu kecik utk buat rule yg untungkan certain team je and most importantly kill competitiveness as well.
