The reality is jdt, selangor, ganu, pahang, penang, kl, ns still indirectly gov backed teams..anytime state boleh pull backing mcm kedah sbb running cost too much..
Sabah seems like going to sarawak route..
Others mostly owned by corporate figures trying to get business in particular state but effectively not really successful and risk going zamburger route.
Only kuching city is weird case im really not sure where the money come from. Malas nak buat research..
Structure wise liga super ni mmg tggu runtuh je. Most team walking on thin lines..
Worse thing is no proper planning for development of strong second division.
