One dinner in Ginza ....you bill will be RM500 - RM1000 if you go that Malaysia Restaurant open in Ginza.
so do more homework. taking Air Asia to Japan....there is very minimum cahnces you still can get the Last Train. Only Option was Limousine Bus from Haneda to Tokyo City. Taxi? Haneda to Tokyo will cost around RM100 plus // 2,000 Yen above ...late night got extra charges. Places to visit? If can post out your plan that's better. |

QUOTE(alicewun @ Mar 16 2012, 02:41 PM) Hi, This you have to wait for Stimix to answer you. 1 quick question here - how long does it normally take to clear custom in Haneda? I won't be waiting for luggage as I'm not checking in any. Trying to see if i can make it for the 11:30pm train to asakusa if i arrive 10:30pm. Thx! If you take Premium Class...can leave the aircraft first...then rush rush...should be able leave the airport within 30 - 45 Minute. Maximum give you also can reach Shinagawa station only.....and high chances will miss the last train to Asakusa. Best way still taking Limousine Buses to Tokyo City This post has been edited by RegentCid: Mar 16 2012, 04:29 PM |

QUOTE(kookaaq @ Mar 16 2012, 07:24 PM) my flight to tokyo last month arrived punctually at 10.20pm. Since i sit quite at the back of the plane and only the front door of the plane was operational, i reached the terminal building much slower than the rest of the passenger. but to my surprise, the queue at the immigration was short. though the custom officer might take sometime to check throuhg your passport and take your picture, things seems to be smooth. One Word....Depent how well is his / her homework. Hi alice, i also stayed at asakusa so i can give you some tips here. but not sure which part of asakusa you stay, as for me, i stay near minami senju, so it was safe for me to catch train from ueno to minamisenju. i reached my hotel at about 12.30am. so i would say it was still safe. from haneda, i took the keikyu line to shinagawa, then change to JR Yamanote line from shinagawa to Ueno. so ou need to check with your hotel the direction to your hotel then only you decide which line to take. good luck. No do homework well....sure Fxxx |

@Stimix
Hope you found out one thing. Why more and more Japanese want to come Malaysia as 2nd Home. Same as my Boss. Have you found out Japanese 1,000 Yen in Japan is almost similar like Malaysia RM10? You eat a lunch + beverage in Japan for single person.....you pay bill is using 1,000 Yen right? then get some change. Same as Malaysia ....lunch (Noodle or Mix rice)+ beverage in KL was like RM10. then get some change. Malaysian have to used RM36 to get Japan 1,000 Yen. Practical on paper Japanese Yen are smaller than Ringgit. But reality was Yen was bigger in Ringgit. Like My Japanese working colleague came from Japan. Lunch Time I bring them go eat Mix Rice + Chinese Tea. Price around RM9.00 (2 meat 2 Vege) big plate yo! They was like in shock. Wah so cheap only. RM9.00 less than 250 Yen Per meal in Malaysia. In Japan 250 Yen only can buy a single coke from vending machine only. |
