I have deactivated voicemail for my Digi Prepaid from the beginning many years ago and I am thinking of reactivating it back
Do telcos charge for audio playback of voicemails, for prepaid plans?

The voicemail normally is free… but when you “call” the voicemail to access the recordings, they will charge you for the “call”. (Like you making normal phone call)

And what happens if the recording is blank?
Some callers just hang up when they hear the voice prompt for recording. |
