No matter how racist the uni are if they masuk world ranking mean memang they take foreign student in , this is one of the criteria .

its the undergraduate courses that are reserved for bumi.

UiTM , a Malaysian University initially set up to educate Bumiputras in academic fields , did not rank high in local or international academic standards.

But it admits foreign students but non Bumiputra Malaysians are denied admission
However , non Bumiputra interest or seeking admission did not loom large till this " parallel pathway" for the Cardiothoracic Surgeons fiasco hit the fan recently.
Partly it was the fault of IJN, to initiate this "pathway " by including UiTM in the program.
Medicine and surgical procedures in the medical field/ hospitals are basically about saving human lives or to provide care to the sick and infirm. or those who require surgical procedures.
Its humanitarianism at its highest.

For this academic institution to even deny non bumis in this Cardiothoracic surgery / procedures field
ONLY (and not in any other fields of study) is beyond belief and is definitely pathetic and shows a total lack of humanity and basic decency.

Nothing more need to be said, but only this:
Our politicians and national leaders commonly talk of apartheid, discrimination , inequality , unfairness,and condemn several other countries or their leaders .
Are they rational or really believe in what they say !
