EPF withdrawal - "pending". What does that mean?

For account 3 withdrawal, I submitted the withdrawal application on Monday. When I checked just now, it states "pending". And I also received an SMS asking for my thumbprint.
Does it mean I have to go do thumbprint at nearest KWSP office? Or no need and just wait a few more days? |

Nvm got answer already. More than 30k = need thumbprint at Self service. Close.
